Recarrying myself as a leader

I remebered sharing with some of you guys that i'm in a transition period but in actual fact, i just happen to miss something out in my daily life. Leadership. I need to recarry myself as a leader.
Justin and me, we had a conversation on Sunday and what he told me was that i need to recarry myself as a leader. when he said that, it's just like a light bulb that went off in my mind.

And now if you were to ask me how i'm gonna do that, i'll tell you, i'll start from my mindset. when i went home to think about what Justin had said, i just traced where had i dropped myself from a leader. Then i :traced" it back to my mindset. Subconsiously, i slipped back into my member mindset when i stepped down as a leader. So now, to start off again, i have to bring myself back to the leader's mindset. If this speaks to you, start from your mindset. =)
